Elemental Bottles is a growing premium drinkware brand known for functional products, distinctive colors, and original designs. Our products are sold through retailers, wholesale partners, and online channels, with new releases and exclusive collections playing an increasingly important role in our growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer to help create the next generation of Elemental products. You’ll research trends, develop colors and graphics for our drinkware and accessories, and design packaging and retail displays. You’ll work closely with our product team and factories to bring designs from concept to finished product.

What You’ll Do

• Research trends in drinkware, fashion, home goods, and other consumer categories to bring fresh ideas to our product releases
• Develop original patterns, graphics, colorways, and concepts for new products, seasonal releases, and retailer exclusives
• Create and refine artwork for drinkware, accessories, packaging, gift sets, and retail displays
• Present design ideas and explain the thinking behind them
• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and files for factory partners
• Collaborate with our industrial designer, product team, and factories to adapt artwork to different products and production methods
• Review samples and proofs, identify design or color issues, and help guide revisions
• Use retailer feedback and product performance to improve future designs
• Use AI tools where helpful to explore concepts, create mockups, and make the design process more efficient

• Anyone who is uncomfortable preparing artwork for production or responding to sample feedback

Experience We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably involving physical consumer products
• A portfolio showing original graphics, patterns, packaging, or other work created for manufactured products
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience preparing print-ready or production-ready artwork
• Strong understanding of color, typography, composition, and pattern
• Experience with packaging, retail displays, or factory collaboration is a plus
• Willingness to use AI-assisted tools as part of the design process while applying your own creative judgment to the final work

Compensation

• Base salary: $65,000–$85,000, depending on experience
