Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an organised and commercially minded IT Portfolio & Business Operations Analyst to support the effective planning, governance and management of our global IT portfolio. You will bring strong analytical skills, an understanding of project and portfolio management, and the ability to turn data into clear insights that support business decisions.

What will you be doing?

---------------------------

• Support the management and governance of the IT project and investment portfolio.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, resources, milestones, risks and overall portfolio status.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations that provide clear visibility of IT performance and priorities.
• Support annual planning, budgeting and forecasting activities across IT.
• Monitor portfolio data to identify trends, risks, dependencies and areas requiring attention.
• Coordinate governance activities, portfolio reviews and leadership meetings.
• Work with IT, Finance, Procurement and business stakeholders to maintain accurate project and financial information.
• Help improve portfolio management processes, reporting standards and operational ways of working.
• Support vendor, contract and purchase order tracking where required.

Who are You?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering or relevant field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of professional experience preferred, additional experience would be required in leiu of degree.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and comfortable working with financial and operational data.
• Naturally curious and confident asking questions when information is unclear.
• A clear communicator who can simplify complex information for different audiences.
• Collaborative and comfortable working with colleagues across functions, countries and cultures.
• Proactive, dependable and able to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable operating in a changing global business environment.

What competencies will you need?

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of IT portfolio, project or programme management principles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience of Power BI or other reporting tools beneficial.
• Ability to build clear dashboards, reports and senior-management presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with project portfolio management, financial or enterprise systems would be advantageous.
• Ability to maintain high-quality data and translate it into practical business insights.

As part of our team here, as well as receiving a competitive base salary, you will also participate in a generous performance-related bonus plan. In addition, you will also receive a 401k plan with company matching, Life Insurance, and Medical Insurance as well as 9 holidays.

The typical base salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $70k and $107k annually.
