About the Role

As a Licensed Physical Therapist - Mobile Outpatient PT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their own homes and communities. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of physical impairments and disabilities, using evidence-based practices and cutting-edge techniques.

Your expertise and compassion will help patients regain mobility, strength, and function, enabling them to live independently and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques
• Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and services provided
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, research, and best practices to continually improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a valid license to practice in the state of Utah
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy, preferably in a mobile setting
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Certification in relevant areas of physical therapy,
