Sales Representative

Econ World Trading Inc. (EWT) is a wholesale supplier specializing in restaurant equipment, commercial kitchen supplies, and restaurant furniture. We serve restaurant owners, contractors, and business customers.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchasing needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare price quotes, process sales orders, and follow up with customers.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and avai lability.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain customer records.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
• Experience with restaurant equipment, furniture, or wholesale distribution is a plus.
