Job Overview:

The Sycamore of River Falls is a growing, we are a full-service senior living community with 84 apartments including 68 blended independent and assisted living and 16 memory care apartments in a secured neighborhood on first floor. The property has four villa patio twin home units with two bedroom and three bedroom options for active, independent seniors.

The apartment building consists of a variety of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. The underground parking garage has 50 parking stalls, maintenance rooms, and residents’ storage area. Managed by Ebenezer.

This is a casual role! Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the residents are met.

Required Qualifications* Associates Degree in Nursing RN

• less than 1 year
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Applications
• RN Licensure/Registered with the WI Board of Nursing

Current Basic Life

Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross; accepted certifications as follows -AHA: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider - BLS Instructor. • American Red Cross: CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and/or Healthcare Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED.* BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.

BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice.

Preferred Qualifications* Bachelors Degree in Nursing

• 1 year One to Three Years
• Proficient in Eldermark Computer Documentation Software
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in home care or assisted living environment.

Qualifications:

$40.00-$50.00 Flat Rate

Compensation
