Eastern Michigan Home Health Care is looking for experienced home care Occupational Therapists to provide services to our patients in Metro Detroit area (Northern suburbs and Detroit). Exciting opportunities to make a difference in the health and wellness of patients in their homes.

Requirements:
\-Current OTR license
\-Minimum 2 years experience as a Occupational Therapist
\-Minimum 1 year of home care experience
\-Valid driver’s license and reliable insured transportation
\-Knowledge of OASIS and Medicare documentation requirements
\-Computer proficiency
\-Positive attitude for professional growth
