Experienced APRN – Wellness, Regenerative Medicine & Aesthetics

We are a wellness and aesthetic medical practice dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized care through an integrative approach to health, wellness, regenerative medicine, and advanced medical aesthetics.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and knowledgeable Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a well-rounded provider with a strong clinical background in family medicine and women's health, combined with experience in functional wellness, regenerative treatments, and medical aesthetics.

This is initially a part-time position, approximately 20–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the practice continues to grow and patient demand increases.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a diverse clinical background and the ability to provide comprehensive patient care across multiple areas of medicine and aesthetics. We are looking for someone who is confident in clinical decision-making, passionate about patient outcomes, and comfortable working in a progressive wellness and aesthetic medical environment.

This role will involve patient consultations, clinical assessments, treatment planning, laboratory evaluation, wellness therapies, regenerative medicine, and advanced aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient consultations, comprehensive health assessments, and individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate and manage patients within the scope of family medicine and women's health.
• Order, review, and interpret bloodwork and laboratory testing.
• Provide guidance and treatment recommendations related to hormone health, wellness, and preventative care.
• Provide peptide therapies and other wellness-focused treatments.
• Perform PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments, including joint injections and other regenerative applications.
• Perform aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments.
• Provide advanced aesthetic treatments involving lasers and energy-based devices.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and follow-up care.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and ongoing wellness plans.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, clinical protocols, and standards of care.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida APRN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional clinical experience as an APRN.
• Background in family medicine and/or women's health (OB/GYN).
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing, bloodwork interpretation, and clinical assessments.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of peptide therapy and regenerative medicine.
• Experience with PRP treatments, preferably including joint injections.
• Experience performing Botox and dermal filler injections.
• Knowledge and experience with laser treatments and advanced medical aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in functional, integrative, or regenerative medicine.
• Advanced training or certifications in aesthetic injectables.
• Experience with hormone optimization and women's wellness therapies.
• Experience with medical-grade laser and energy-based aesthetic devices.
• Established knowledge of medical spa operations and aesthetic treatment protocols.
