About the Role:

As a Virtual Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Conduct virtual occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations, when appropriate, using standardized assessments and clinical observation
• Develop individualized treatment plans for children from birth to 20 years old
• Provide supervision, consultation, and clinical guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with Texas licensure requirements and clinic policies, as assigned
• Educate and coach parents and caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies in the home environment
• Set meaningful goals through clinical reasoning, caregiver collaboration, and evidence-based practice
• Complete timely documentation in accordance with payer and regulatory requirements
