School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | High Hourly Rate + Evaluation Pay

Dynamic Therapy is seeking a passionate, dependable, and energetic School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will support students in developing the fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-regulation, and functional skills needed to participate successfully in the school environment.

We offer a highly competitive hourly rate PLUS an exceptional separate evaluation rate.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in the school setting
• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reevaluations
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Address fine motor, handwriting, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and school participation needs
• Develop measurable IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings
• Complete therapy notes, progress reports, evaluations, and required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers
• Provide recommendations, strategies, and accommodations to support students in the classroom
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain compliance with school, state, and professional requirements

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• NBCOT certification preferred
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for helping students increase independence and succeed in the school environment
