Position Summary
The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and educate adult and geriatric residents to improve mobility, reduce pain, prevent injury, and support functional independence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
· Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
· Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated
· Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs
· Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
· Communicate effectively with residents, caregivers, and administrative staff
· Adhere to all Florida practice standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
· Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
· Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
· Experience with adult and/or geriatric populations preferred
· Strong clinical judgment and patient\-centered care approach
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

Pay: $70\. 00 \- $80\. 00 per hour
