Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Designer / Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Designer / Developer to work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and execute the client's 2027 CRMA roadmap. The role will focus on maximizing existing Salesforce Analytics licenses by transitioning legacy dashboards, designing new dashboards, and implementing analytics solutions to meet evolving business requirements.

The ideal candidate must have strong dashboard design expertise along with hands-on development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and develop the client's 2027 CRMA roadmap.
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards to support business objectives.
• Evaluate existing dashboards and transition or migrate them to the CRM Analytics platform as required.
• Create new dashboards and reports based on evolving business needs and stakeholder requirements.
• Maximize the utilization of existing Salesforce CRM Analytics licenses and platform capabilities.
• Work extensively with Salesforce objects, reports, CRM data, datasets, and analytics components.
• Develop and manage data recipes, dataflows, and datasets to support dashboard functionality.
• Use SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) to build and optimize analytics solutions.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, accurate, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Gather requirements, provide design recommendations, and communicate solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
• Perform dashboard testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and ongoing enhancements.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, reports, CRM data, recipes, dataflows, datasets, and SAQL.
• Must have both dashboard design expertise and hands-on development capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Job Types

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
