Duncan Family Healthcare is an interdisciplinary psychiatry and therapy practice in Reno. We provide evidence-based, compassionate mental health care to the Reno/Sparks community. Our team of nurse practitioners and therapists cares for patients and families at every stage of life.

We built a practice we would choose for our own family members, and we’re looking for a PMHNP who shares that commitment.

What you’ll do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnosis and individualized treatment planning
• Provide medication management for depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders
• Take part in NeuroStar TMS therapy for patients with treatment-resistant depression, including assessment, motor threshold determination, treatment administration, and monitoring
• Provide psychotherapy if you’d like to (optional, but welcome)
• See patients in person and by telehealth
• Work alongside our therapists and medical staff as part of an interdisciplinary team

What you bring

• Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
• Current ANCC PMHNP-BC board certification
• Active Nevada APRN license
• DEA registration
• Experience with TMS is a plus. We provide NeuroStar training.
• A patient-centered approach, strong clinical judgment, and an interest in non-drug treatment options when appropriate

• Position structure: Part-time salaried or Contractor ($65-80/hour or % of collections)

Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
