Position’s Contributions to Work Group

:

• The Business Analyst for the eCommerce Search team serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, product management and search engineering, teams.
• This role is responsible for gathering requirements and translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

Typical task breakdown:

• Maintain and prioritize product backlog items.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities.
• Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through implementation and testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, and eCommerce teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and business impacts.

Interaction with team

:

• Team consists of technical teams, ecommerce team and PCC and other client teams.

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10+ years’ experience in this capacity.

Required Technical Skills

(Required)

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
