Logistics Data Analyst

Our client is hiring a Logistics Data Analyst to change how its Americas logistics team uses data. Right now the team spends too much time pulling data by hand. You'll design and build a central logistics data lake that brings together ERP, TMS, Smartsheet and Excel data, then use Power BI and AI tools to turn it into insights the team can act on.

You'll have wide latitude to define the role and make it your own.

What You'll Do

• Design and build a central data lake that pulls together scattered internal and external logistics data
• Connect ERP and TMS data with Smartsheet and Excel sources so reporting comes from one place
• Build Power BI dashboards and scorecards on freight spend, carrier performance, and service levels
• Use AI tools to automate data pulls and speed up insights
• Find and fix data integrity issues across logistics and financial data
• Map processes and standardize reporting with logistics, procurement, operations, and master data teams
• Support a Lead Logistics Provider model across the Americas
• Train internal teams and push continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel. Smartsheet is a plus.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to data and reporting
• Experience building data solutions, not just running reports
• Understanding of carrier management, freight, and warehouse operations
• Process mapping experience (Visio, Lucid)
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to different audiences
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, data analytics, computer science, or a related field
• Preferred:

both international and domestic logistics experience, Oracle ERP or TMS, Spanish
