Foreclosure Attorney

Position Details

• Full‑time or part‑time

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosures from inception to resolution with support staff
• Draft pleadings, motions and legal correspondence
• Attend court appearances, conferences, and hearings
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Provide strategic guidance on foreclosure matters

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with admission to NYS Bar or pending admission
• Prior foreclosure litigation experience required
• Strong writing and research skills
