We’re not waiting for the future to arrive. We’re shaping it, one bold step at a time. To those who see AI as a driver of progress, come build the future together.
The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll shape how DraftKings resolves risk cases while building smarter ways to prevent them from happening in the first place. You’ll lead the strategy and roadmap for risk case resolution, using automation, artificial intelligence, and customer self-service to scale our approach as we enter new markets and expand our offerings.
Working across Risk Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Controls & Compliance, you’ll turn complex operational challenges into scalable systems that drive faster, more effective decisions. Your work will help trusted customers get resolved quickly while stopping bad actors with decisions we can confidently explain and defend.
What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager
- Own and drive an outcome-based roadmap for risk case decisioning across AI-assisted review, case automation, self-service, and case management, aligning priorities to measurable operational and business goals.
- Partner closely with Risk Operations to understand how cases are worked, identify where agent time is spent, and use case volume, handle time, and other operational data to prioritize opportunities with the greatest impact.
- Define the right resolution path for different case types, determining where cases can be automated, supported by AI, resolved through customer self-service, or require human review.
- Shape the end-to-end case lifecycle, including case types, states, routing, prioritization, queues, resolution actions, closure criteria, and the evidence agents need to make informed decisions.
- Lead discovery and execution with Engineering, Data Science, Controls & Compliance, and cross-functional partners, translating complex needs into clear requirements, testable acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Define success metrics for every initiative and use data to evaluate automation rates, workload reduction, self-service containment, AI review quality, decision quality, and operational cost.
- Represent the case resolution experience in upstream decisions, making the operational impact of changes to orchestration, tooling, and risk models visible before those changes reach agent queues.
- Build auditability into automated and AI-assisted case decisions, partnering with Controls & Compliance to make sure decision rationale and supporting evidence meet applicable standards for areas such as anti-money laundering and Responsible Gaming.
What you’ll bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training, along with at least 7 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or large-scale operations automation.
- Proven experience defining strategy, building roadmaps, and leading complex initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to prioritization, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating performance, and using insights to guide investment decisions.
- Experience working across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, and other business teams to translate complex problems into clear requirements and scalable solutions.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, balance long-term strategy with near-term operational impact, and make thoughtful tradeoffs across competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams around decisions, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a focus on understanding users firsthand and turning operational challenges into intuitive, effective experiences.
- Familiarity with internal tools, customer-facing platforms, artificial intelligence, automation, risk operations, or foundational technology platforms is a plus.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as gaming, fintech, payments, or insurance is a plus.
