Litigation Attorney (Real Estate/Commercial/Business)

Job description:

Dracup & Patterson, Inc. is seeking a contract litigation attorney to independently manage business, commercial, and/or real estate litigation matters in a fully remote, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters through the pre-trial phase
• Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and legal analysis
• Analyze opposing counsel filings, contracts, discovery, and case materials
• Develop litigation strategy and communicate directly with clients as needed
• Manage deadlines, priorities, and case progression in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 8+ years of real estate litigation experience required
• Demonstrated experience handling litigation matters independently
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Comfortable operating in a self-directed remote environment
• Willingness to travel for on-site work when there are court appearances

Competitive compensation - $150-$250/hour+ DOE

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per hour
