**What You’ll Do**

• Deliver personalized, holistic care guided by individualized plans
• Treat a primarily orthopedic caseload across clinic and house call settings
• Restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for seamless, whole\-person care
• Educate and empower clients and families with compassionate communication
• Document care clearly with support to keep paperwork manageable

**Bonus Opportunity (Not Required!) **

We would **love** to grow our pelvic floor program. If you have experience or interest in pelvic health, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work alongside and support our pelvic floor PTA
• Build and expand a pelvic health caseload
• Receive **training and mentorship** if you're looking to develop in this area

*No pelvic floor experience? No problem—this is absolutely not required. *

**Who We’re Looking For**

• A licensed (or license\-eligible) Physical Therapist in Virginia \- **new grads welcome!**

**Compensation \& Benefits**
