Graphic Designer/Print Production Specialist

**Job Overview**

Seeking a creative, detail\-oriented, and experienced **Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate **must have 2–3 years of graphic design experience working in a commercial printing or sign company** and be capable of creating production\-ready artwork while supporting daily print production operations.

This position requires someone who understands both design and print production workflows, ensuring high\-quality results and fast turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare files for print, including exhibit and tradeshow displays, signage, banners, vehicle wraps, apparel, promotional products, and marketing materials.
• Prepare production\-ready artwork for large\-format dye sublimation printing, DTF, vinyl cutting, CNC, and digital printing.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs.
• Collaborate with customers, marketing, and production teams to ensure accurate and high\-quality results.
• Perform file setup, preflight checks, color correction, and quality control.
• Create basic videos and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (preferred).
• Maintain organized project files and meet production deadlines.
• Assist with production, finishing, packaging, and installation preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design within the printing or sign industry preferred.
• Hands\-on production experience with large\-format printing and print preparation.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, RIP software, or web design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Portfolio showcasing design and production work is required.

Pay: $18\. 00 \- $22\. 00 per hour
