IT Manager – Collections Systems & Automation

DLF Law Group is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee our IT department, coordinate technical projects, and help improve operational efficiency through technology and automation. The ideal candidate combines proven supervisory experience with strong technical capabilities and familiarity with collection management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise IT personnel, delegate assignments, monitor workloads, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Establish priorities, track project progress, and maintain accountability across the IT department.
- Assist with coding, SQL, system improvements, and workflow automation.
- Work with firm leadership and operational teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes, forms, documents, and workflows.
- Communicate effectively with clients, technology vendors, and other third-party service providers.
- Oversee the effective use, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the firm's collection management software.
Absolute Requirements:
- Previous IT management or supervisory experience, including assigning work, monitoring workloads, and evaluating performance.
- Professional experience with collection management software (any platform; Bloodhound experience is not required).
- Demonstrated coding/programming experience, including the ability to troubleshoot and modify existing code.
- SQL proficiency, including writing, modifying, and troubleshooting queries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including administration, user management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise technical staff while remaining actively involved in technical projects and process automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience programming in Python.
- Experience automating workflows, forms, documents, and business processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or related automation tools.
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
We are seeking a practical, results-oriented leader who can manage people, improve systems, and translate technology initiatives into measurable operational improvements.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
