We’re Hiring: HR Coordinator at Ditmas Children’s

We’re seeking a dependable, organized HR Coordinator to support Ditmas Children’s, a pediatric facility providing inpatient and long-term care. This role helps keep staffing operations running smoothly so care teams can focus on supporting children and their families.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate staff schedules and help maintain coverage across care teams
• Support staffing needs, including recruiting and onboarding
• Communicate with staff about schedules, availability, and updates
• Keep employee and scheduling records organized
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR activities

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organization and communication skills
• A professional, approachable manner
• Reliability and attention to detail
• Experience in HR, scheduling, staffing, or healthcare administration is helpful

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $20–$24 per hour
