Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Join our care team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and deliver thoughtful, evidence-informed care across patient visits. You’ll assess health needs, develop care plans, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to support safe, responsive treatment.

Duties

• Conduct patient intake, review medical records, take vital signs, perform physical examinations, and complete diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage health conditions; prescribe medications in accordance with applicable regulations and collaborative practice agreements.
• Provide patient care that may include triage, medication administration, injections, IV insertion, phlebotomy, suturing, catheter care, and discharge planning, as appropriate to your training and setting.
• Document care in electronic medical record (EMR) and electronic health record (EHR) systems; follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and infection-control practices.
• Communicate with patients and care teams, provide health coaching, and coordinate referrals or follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Required: Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials and authorization to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, patient assessment, and safe medication practices; familiarity with Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations as relevant.
• Experience in patient care, clinical settings, or medical documentation is valuable. Relevant backgrounds may include primary, urgent, emergency, inpatient, outpatient, acute, or post-acute care.
• Additional experience in procedures, telehealth, coding, or care coordination is welcome; apply skills within your scope of practice.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
