About this role
INTRODUCTION:
The Bishop of Manchester is the visible principle and foundation of unity in the particular diocese entrusted to him. In a unique and visible way, he makes Christ’s mission present and enduring as Shepherd of the Christian Community. In order to fulfill his mission, the Bishop employs suitable, chosen collaborators (clerics, religious, or lay people).
He shares with them the apostolic mission and entrusts various responsibilities to them.
Each position employed in the Diocesan Administration Building helps to extend the ministry of the Bishop in particular ways as outlined in the position description. All employees of the diocesan administration assist the Bishop of Manchester in serving the parishes, schools and institutions of the Catholic Church in New Hampshire.
This is a Full-Time position reporting to the Executive Director of Camping Services,

- Manage the family database and regular, positive year-round communication with families to increase retention.
- Manage the advertising budget and reports results to the Executive Director.
- Work with both Resident Directors, so each camper’s experience becomes the story families tell.
- Survey lapsed and inquiring families, re-engage towns where enrollment has declined, and build alumni engagement.
- Lead recruiting campaigns for college-age staff through Catholic colleges, Newman Centers, Catholic organizations, and alumni referrals, in support of the Resident Directors’ hiring.
- During the summer season, coordinate open houses, lead tours, supervise communications interns, and plan new marketing materials and strategy.
- Collect and report data from camper, parent, and prospective family surveys.
- Organize on-site events to engage partners, alumni, and donors.
