We are actively hiring for the position of Senior Software Engineer in Arlington, TX
**Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm**
**Duties \& Responsibilities:**
- Plays a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient software systems.
- Contribute deep technical expertise across the full software development lifecycle, mentor peers, uphold engineering best practices, and help drive continuous improvement within their product teams.
- Bridge individual contribution and technical leadership — ensuring quality, innovation, and alignment with product and organizational goals.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Deliver high\-quality, maintainable, and well\-tested code according to the Definition of Done criteria.
- Actively engage in code reviews of the work of junior engineers, providing constructive feedback and supporting peers in improving their technical skills.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, Quality Assurance, and Development and Operations to deliver end\-to\-end solutions.
- Mentor and support junior engineers by sharing technical knowledge and demonstrating engineering excellence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and advocate for new technologies, tools, or methodologies that improve product delivery and developer efficiency.
Participate in hiring and onboarding activities, contributing to building strong, capable, and collaborative teams.

**Qualifications:**
- Must have master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Must have five years of experience as software engineer/developer in a modern full\-stack application.
- Must have 4 years of experience with core software engineering algorithms (sorting, searching, graph, concurrency) and system programming fundamentals (multi\-process, threads, synchronization, memory management)
- 3 years of experience with data storage using relational databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.) and non\-relational database stores (OpenSearch, MongoDb, etc.)
- 2 years of experience with unit testing and End\-to\-End testing using frameworks including NUnit/Xunit and Seleniuman
- 1 year of experience with: mobile front ends using .NET MAUI (mobile); web front ends using ASP.NET Core; and mobile performance optimization, including offline\-first design.
- Must live and work within Dallas/Fort Worth/Arlington metropolitan commuting distance to our Arlington, TX facility.
- Hybrid working arrangements are permissible, but regular on\-site work is required.
Commute to our Arlington facility (1130 Ave H. E. , Arlington, TX 76011\) as required for team collaboration, planning sessions, and occasional onsite work.
