Registered Nurse - Infusion

Digestive Healthcare of Ga. is currently hiring a part time infusion nurse to work 1 or 2 days per week in our Fayetteville office.

Necessary Skills:

• Initiate and maintain IV's
• Mix, administer and monitor IV medications
• Document patient care services by charting in patient EMR
• Inform patients on the prescribed infusion therapy
• Assist patients with setting up additional appointments as needed
• Assists, initiates and administers emergency care if needed
• Operates and troubleshoots infusion equipment if needed
• Assists with ordering supplies
• Ability to work independently

Additional Requirements:

• Current state licensure as RN in good standing
• 2+ years of infusion experience preferred
• Reports any infusion errors to administrator
• Maintains all privacy and HIPAA regulations
• Ensures a safe environment for patients
• Communicates all pertinent information to patients, other staff members, physicians and administrator

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $43.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
