RN Registered Nurse - Private Pay

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Private Duty Nurse to provide neurogenic bowel and bladder care for a client with a spinal cord injury.

Duties

• Perform neurogenic bowel and bladder care, including enema administration, intermittent catheterization, bladder irrigation, shower as needed and medication administration.
• Ensure clean techniques to prevent infection and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Monitor skin for redness and wound care as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses to fulfill clients schedule.

Skills

• Competent understanding of neurogenic bowel and bladder management strategies for individuals with a spinal cord injury.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including transferring patient with a Hoyer lift.
• Ability to work clean, safe and punctual.

Duration & Compensation

Average 7 shifts per month. Flexible scheduling via shared Google Sheets.

Start time: 6:30 AM.

End time: 8:00 AM.

Compensation paid biweekly via Zelle: $120 per visit.
