What You'll Do

• As a Senior Staff Accountant , you'll be instrumental in supporting our financial reporting processes in the US.
• You will leverage your expertise in internal control design concepts and take ownership of key accounting functions.

Your responsibilities will include

Intercompany Accounting: Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Conduct detailed reconciliations, swiftly identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Complex Account Analysis

Perform thorough analyses of complex accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

SAP S/4 Hana Utilization

Utilize SAP S/4 Hana for efficient financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

Financial Reporting

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Compliance and Audit

Ensure adherence to internal controls and actively participate in internal and external audits.

Process Improvement

Identify and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of our accounting processes.

Collaboration

Partner with various departments, including finance, operations, and IT, to support business objectives and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Technical Accounting

Apply advanced technical accounting skills to complex transactions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant standards.

Team Performance

Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Who You Are

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in operational accounting, with public accounting experience being a plus.
• You are proficient in large-scale ERP programs (SAP preferred) and have strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Your analytical skills and attention to detail set you apart, and you thrive in fast-paced environments.
