Full Stack Developer (or Data Engineer)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge applications using a combination of modern programming languages and cloud technologies. This role offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects within a collaborative environment, focusing on delivering reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions leveraging a full-stack skill set, including Java, Python, Go, and Javascript/Typescript.
• Utilize cloud platforms and containerization tools such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to deploy and manage applications.
• Maintain and improve continuous integration and delivery pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software releases.
• Apply security best practices during the development lifecycle through DevSecOps methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues and optimize system performance.
• Follow structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies and internal governance frameworks to ensure quality and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-stack software engineer or similar role with hands-on expertise in Java, Python, Go, and Javascript/Typescript.
• Strong proficiency with AWS cloud services and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps strategies to integrate security practices within development workflows.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on complex enterprise applications using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with internal governance frameworks and best practices for software development.
• Previous experience with large-scale cloud deployment and orchestration.
• Background in implementing secure development practices across full software development life cycles.
• Understanding of testing types: smoke, regression, functional, and non-functional testing
• Preferred: Experience in Capital Markets / Financial Services domain
