IT Systems Engineer - Weeknights

• Must be local to Lansing, Michigan for on-site interviews and on-site work requirements.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer with data center analytics experience.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor DDMI systems
• Perform basic troubleshooting
• Restart jobs when appropriate
• Escalate issues
• Record/update tickets in the DDMI Service Management tool
• Provide escort services for customers, suppliers, and business partners
• System monitoring and troubleshooting
• Job restarts and escalation
• Ticket management
• Data Center Operations
• Patching and system upgrades
• Executing RFCs
• Patch-panel cabling
• System builds and decommissions
• Racking/de-racking hardware
• Escort services
• Weekend ITSM debrief/status reporting
