We are hiring multiple Physical Therapists for established outpatient practices in:* **Roswell, Georgia**
- **Fayetteville, Georgia**
- **Marietta, Georgia**

Position Overview
Join a single\-owner, private outpatient practice specializing in the physical recovery of patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions.
We are seeking motivated Physical Therapists who want to provide personalized care in a setting that prioritizes clinical quality over volume. Every patient receives a full hour of one\-on\-one treatment directly from the Physical Therapist.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, continuing education, and the ability to help patients achieve lasting functional improvements.
Patient Care Model:* True one\-on\-one patient care.
- One patient scheduled per therapist for a full hour.
- Outpatient neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s diagnosis and goals.
- Privately owned, noncorporate practice environment.
- Opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills and certifications.
Responsibilities:* Evaluate patients with neurological, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Provide evidence\-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and other appropriate treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with referring providers and other members of the care team.
- Create a positive and motivational environment for patients throughout their recovery.
Minimum Qualifications:* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active or eligible Georgia Physical Therapist license.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient\-care skills.
- Motivated, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Compensation:* **Annual salary: $100,000–$110,000\. **
- Hourly opportunities paying **up to $60\+ per hour.**
- Compensation will be based on experience, schedule, and employment status.
