Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 \- $78,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role\-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position.

**What will you do? **
---------------------
- Collaborate cross\-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of websites that meet client or organizational goals
- Manage third\-party development partners
- Build website content and employ design and UX best practices
- Track analytics and tag knowledge
- Conduct regular quality checks and testing throughout the project life\-cycle
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and reports
**More about you**
------------------
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required
- Experience with web development and maintenance, API integration and third party applications.
- Strong comprehension of systems and tools, including content management, email marketing platforms, e\-commerce systems, and digital asset management systems
- Experience with PHP and WordPress development, version control (Git)
- Experience with graphic design elements, video development and production, and digital content development
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
