Hiring: Senior AI Engineer | New York | $200K–$300K + Equity I'm partnering with a high-growth, Series A AI startup looking for an AI Engineer to help build the next generation of enterprise AI agents. The team is developing technology that enables AI agents to learn how businesses operate, turn complex information into actionable workflows, and automate processes reliably.

What you'll be working on

Building and deploying production-grade LLM systems and AI agents Developing agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks and reliability mechanisms Creating systems that learn from feedback and improve over time Turning complex technical challenges into scalable platform capabilities What we're looking for: 3+ years of professional engineering experience Proven experience building and shipping sophisticated LLM applications or autonomous agents Strong software engineering skills and the ability to take systems from concept to production An experimental mindset and an interest in tackling challenging, open-ended problems 📍 Location: New York City — fully on-site, five days a week 💰 Compensation: $200K–$300K base salary + equity 🏥 Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare and additional perks This is an opportunity to join a highly technical team tackling some of the hardest problems in enterprise AI, with significant scope to shape the product and underlying technology.
