DEACOM is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Manager with strong experience in manufacturing processes, quality control, high-end finishes, and retail project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations.
• Ensure exceptional quality standards in fabrication, materials, and finishes.
• Manage multiple retail projects from production through installation.
• Coordinate production teams, vendors, schedules, and deadlines.
• Optimize workflows, resolve production issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain high standards of precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations management.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and high-quality finishes.
• Experience with retail fixtures, custom fabrication, millwork, or commercial installations.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fully bilingual: English & Spanish.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
