Dawn Thomas Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate, skilled, and personable physical therapist to join our growing concierge practice. We are an independently owned, private-pay mobile physical therapy company providing highly individualized, one-on-one care in clients' homes and communities throughout Metro Detroit.

We believe exceptional physical therapy combines strong clinical reasoning, meaningful personal relationships, creativity, and the freedom to treat the whole person—not just a diagnosis.

Who We're Looking For

• A Michigan-licensed physical therapist with strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills and experience managing neurological and medically complex conditions.
• A clinician comfortable working with active older adults and individuals with diverse functional abilities.
• Someone who connects naturally with clients and families, communicates clearly, and builds trust.
• A creative problem-solver who can adapt treatment programs to clients' home environments.
• A motivated, independent professional committed to continued learning and clinical excellence.
• A collaborative team member who enjoys contributing ideas and helping a small business grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations, treatment, and ongoing care in clients' homes.
• Develop meaningful treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and long-term success.
• Educate and empower clients to integrate recommendations into their daily lives.
• Manage client scheduling, documentation, communication, and coordination of care.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-through.
• Participate in team collaboration and occasional community outreach opportunities.
