HR Generalist - Tulsa, OK (Full-Time)

Dash Logistics is hiring a full-time HR Generalist in Tulsa to support our delivery operation. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day people operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What you'll do

• Run recruiting and onboarding from offer through first day, including paperwork, I-9s, and new-hire orientation
• Keep employee files, policies, and compliance requirements (I-9, DOT where applicable, state and federal labor rules) current and audit-ready
• Be the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and employee relations issues
• Support timekeeping, benefits enrollment, and leave administration
• Track and report on headcount, turnover, and onboarding metrics

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience
• Hands-on onboarding and compliance experience
• People ops experience in logistics, delivery, or transportation is a big plus
• Organized, discreet, and comfortable working with a high-volume, hourly workforce
• SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation to travel between our Tulsa locations as needed

• Location: Tulsa, OK (hybrid: second half of day, regular on-site time at our two Tulsa delivery stations)
• Type: Full-time, salaried (exempt)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Pay: $50,000 to $60,000 per year
