We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to oversee and support the day-to-day human resources functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in human resources, with the ability to independently manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits coordination, performance management, and HR compliance.

This individual will work closely with company leadership to ensure efficient HR operations while promoting a positive, professional, and productive work environment.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for coordinating the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting and screening candidates, facilitating background checks, conducting new-hire orientations, maintaining employee personnel records, administering employee benefits, and coordinating employee separations.

The position will also oversee employee timekeeping, payroll preparation and processing coordination, PTO tracking, and benefits enrollment, including health insurance and retirement plans. Experience with Paychex Flex or a similar Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is strongly preferred.

In addition, this individual will serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns, assist management with performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures, maintain employee handbooks and HR policies, and help ensure compliance with applicable federal and Florida employment laws and regulations.

The HR Generalist must demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and workplace matters.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of three to five years of relevant human resources experience. Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and supporting leadership in a dynamic, multi-entity business environment. Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred but not required.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are proactive, dependable, adaptable, and capable of taking ownership of HR processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.
