**Job Description – Physical Therapist**
Motion Performance Therapy has an immediate opening for a Physical Therapist at our outpatient clinic in Sunnyvale and Kaufman, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for therapists who want to work closely with orthopedic specialists, expand their knowledge, and grow within a supportive environment.

**Position Overview**
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with conditions that limit movement and daily activities. Beyond restoring function and mobility, you will play a vital role in promoting wellness and improving patients’ overall quality of life.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Consult with patients to assess physical conditions and symptoms
- Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop age\-appropriate treatment plans
- Teach and guide patients in therapeutic exercise techniques
- Provide manual therapy techniques to support healing and recovery
- Assist patients in the safe use of mobility equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, walkers)
- Maintain detailed patient records, tracking progress and goals
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery expectations
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure continuity of care
**Requirements**
- Active, good\-standing Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
- Flexibility in scheduling, within reasonable clinic needs
- Ability to follow clinic policies and procedures as outlined in the Dallas Orthopedic \& Shoulder Institute handbook
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

Pay: From $90,000\. 00 per year
