Enterprise Account Manager

Job Description

CyberCore Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to help accelerate our growth in the government and commercial markets.

This role is focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with executive decision-makers. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, the Enterprise Account Manager will play a key role in expanding CyberCore's customer base and driving profitable company growth.

What You'll Do

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Build relationships with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead opportunities from initial prospecting through contract award.
• Collaborate with proposal, recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to support new business pursuits.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and opportunity information in CRM.
• Represent CyberCore at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. , Required Skills 5+ years of business development, enterprise sales, account management, or growth experience.
• Demonstrated success acquiring new customers and close complex opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing opportunities through a CRM platform.
• Ability to establish and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. , Desired Skills Experience in government contracting, cybersecurity, technology, engineering, or professional services.
• Existing network within federal, defense, intelligence, or commercial markets.

• The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 + commission.
