About this role
Company Description: CVW Accounting Inc. provides interior designers nationwide with premium, value-added accounting and bookkeeping services, industry expertise, and personalized care. Our in-house team of CPAs and accounting professionals partner closely with clients, guided by our core values of respect, integrity, and clear communication.
We deliver financial solutions that are strategic, accurate, and tailored to each business.
We recognize that every designer’s business is unique. We take time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and connect clients with team members who provide the greatest value. From day-to-day bookkeeping to complex financial planning, collaboration is at the center of how we work — internally and with our clients.
We invest in ongoing training, continuously refine workflows, and leverage modern tools to enable seamless remote collaboration. Our team environment is fast-moving, supportive, and accountability-driven — focused on helping clients navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and focus on their craft.
Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time remote position (20 to 35 hours per week - candidate's choice) offering benefits and a flexible schedule.
The Accounting Manager owns Tier B and Tier C client accounts and is responsible for client delivery and execution quality. Core Responsibilities:

- Manage A/P, A/R, and client invoicing (time and product billing)
- Prepare financial statements and basic reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking

- Standard accounting (no complex revenue recognition)
- Simple/single sales tax filing
- No intercompany activity
- Minimal or no inventory
- Simple payroll structure
