About this role

Cvent’s Financial Systems IT team is hiring a Business Analyst to support our Procure to Pay (P2P) landscape across Coupa, SAP Concur, and Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Accounts Payable. You will provide production support, help deliver enhancements, and contribute to projects that improve efficiency, controls, and the integrations between these platforms.

This role suits someone with solid, hands-on Coupa experience who is ready to broaden into Concur and Oracle EBS AP.

In This Role, You Will::

• Support P2P processes end to end: requisition, PO, receipt, invoice, approval, payment, and GL accounting.
• Provide day-to-day production support for Coupa, with growing responsibility for Concur and Oracle EBS AP. Triage incidents, find root causes, and resolve issues with business owners.
• Configure and maintain Coupa (approval chains, users and roles, supplier setup, content groups, accounting rules, invoice and PO settings) and support Coupa releases and enhancements.
• Help evaluate and adopt Coupa AI capabilities, such as intelligent invoice capture, automated coding, and spend and supplier insights, and report on their impact.
• Monitor Coupa-to-Oracle EBS integrations (suppliers, accounting segments, POs, invoices, payments). Investigating failed or rejected transactions.
• Gather requirements, document them, and help write functional specifications working closely with technical SMEs.
• Write test cases and run system integration testing and UAT for changes and releases.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities as part of P2P processes.
• Log and track Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and vendor support tickets (Coupa, Concur).
• Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities, and keep documentation, runbooks, and training materials current.
• Work with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Travel, Treasury, and Internal Audit to maintain controls and policy compliance.

Here's What You Need::

• 5+ years of hands-on Coupa experience, including configuration and production support in one or more modules (procurement, invoicing, supplier management, or expenses).
• Solid understanding of P2P processes: requisition-to-PO, invoice processing, approvals, payments, and supplier onboarding.
• Experience supporting Coupa integrations with an ERP, including reviewing integration errors and validating data.
• Experienced in Coupa implementation (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare).
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial concepts and the close process.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing test cases, and participating in UAT.
• Experience in writing Functional Specification documents and high-level technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently on routine work and collaborate across teams.
• Basic SQL and Oracle tables knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated, results oriented, with the ability to drive continuous improvement
• Able to collaborate with all levels of the organization

Preferred

• Exposure to Oracle EBS R12 Payables, Payments, GL, or Sub Ledger Accounting.
• Experience with SAP Concur (expense policies, audit rules, approvals, ERP financial integration).
• Familiarity with Coupa AI features and building basic adoption metrics.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and audit support.
• Coupa or Concur certification.

Success measures (first 6 months)

• Own Coupa day-to-day support with SLAs met on incidents and close deliverables.
• Become a working contributor on Concur and Oracle EBS AP issues.
• Reduce recurring integration failures and manual reconciliations through documented fixes.
• Contribute to at least one Coupa AI or automation improvement.
