Marketing Coordinator – Aesthetics & Healthcare

CURE MedSpa is a boutique medspa in Wood Ranch, Simi Valley, led by board-certified surgeon Dr. Donald Waldrep. Our patients receive personal, concierge-level care.

We offer non-surgical body and facial tightening (BodyTite®, FaceTite®, Morpheus8, Quantum RF) and GLP-1 medical weight loss. We’re looking for a creative marketing coordinator to help us tell our story and bring more patients through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run marketing campaigns, with a focus on body tightening and contouring procedures
• Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and our website and blog
• Write captions, blog posts, email newsletters, and promotions in our polished, patient-first voice
• Help produce educational content and before-and-after material, following patient consent and privacy requirements
• Manage Google Business, online reviews, and local SEO
• Track campaign results and report on leads and consultation bookings
• Work with Dr. Waldrep and our team to launch new treatments and seasonal offers

Qualifications

• Experience marketing body tightening or other aesthetic procedures, OR experience marketing in a healthcare setting
• New grads welcome!!! A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or relevant internships, is a plus
• Strong social media skills and a good eye for clean, elevated content
• Excellent writing and attention to detail
• Comfort with Canva, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, and Google Analytics, or willingness to learn
• Willingness to learn healthcare advertising rules and HIPAA

Nice to Have: Short-form video editing, email marketing (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), Meta or Google Ads, WordPress/SEO, medspa or healthcare marketing experience, Spanish fluency.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
