GRAPHIC DESIGNER | BRAND, PACKAGING & DIGITAL CREATIVE

Valencia, California On-site Full-time $75,000–$85,000 annually

At Cuccio, we’re looking for more than someone who knows their way around Adobe Creative Cloud. We’re looking for a creative thinker, visual storyteller, and versatile hands-on designer who can bring a creative vision to life—and contribute exciting ideas of their own.

With more than four decades in professional beauty and a presence in markets around the world, Cuccio offers the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of a global beauty brand. You’ll collaborate directly with a seasoned beauty brand strategist on packaging, product launches, social media, Amazon, e-commerce, retail and international campaigns.

Your work will have real-world impact, with room to grow into broader creative ownership and leadership.

What you’ll do

· Help develop and maintain consistent visual identities across Cuccio’s beauty brands and channels.

· Create original concepts and translate brand strategy into polished, commercially effective design.

· Design product packaging, labels, cartons, displays, promotional print materials and sales presentations.

· Prepare precise production-ready files, including dielines, bleeds, mechanicals and color specifications; coordinate revisions with printers and suppliers.

· Develop assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, websites, email, digital advertising and e-commerce.

· Create Amazon product imagery, A+ Content and storefront graphics.

· Own projects from brief to delivery, managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Collaborate with photographers, videographers, freelancers and outside creative partners; grow toward directing these resources.

What you’ll bring

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

· A compelling portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, brand identity, packaging and production execution, and digital design.

· Working knowledge of packaging production and preparation of accurate, print-ready artwork.

· Excellent typography, composition, color, visual storytelling and attention to detail.

· Ability to execute direction, propose original ideas, solve problems and work independently.

· A collaborative, resourceful, self-starting attitude; no fixed years-of-experience requirement.

Bonus skills—not required

· Experience with beauty, cosmetics, skincare, wellness, fashion or lifestyle brands.

· Amazon, Shopify or other e-commerce creative; paid social campaigns.

· Video editing, motion graphics, Premiere Pro, After Effects or AI-assisted creative workflows.

We’d love to see (1) a packaging project, including finished design and, where possible, production-ready artwork; (2) digital assets for social media, Amazon or another e-commerce platform; and (3) an original branding or campaign concept that shows how you think.

Briefly identify your role and contributions for collaborative projects. We value the quality, originality and execution of your work over a specific number of years of experience.

Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 annually, depending on skills and experience. Work location: on-site in Valencia, California. Cuccio is an equal opportunity employer.
