Additional responsibilities include coordinating service needs and assisting with testing, cleaning, and minor repairs of audio/video equipment.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, figuring out why equipment isn't working, staying organized, and finding practical solutions. Technical experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and an interest in learning how equipment works.

- Maintain accurate service records, equipment records, and customer-related documentation.
- Provide basic technical guidance using established procedures, training, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Dispatch and field technicians to communicate equipment issues and service needs.
- Perform hands-on testing, cleaning, and minor repairs of audio/video equipment.
- Assist with basic equipment setup and programming using provided instructions.
- Help prepare, organize, ship, and receive equipment as needed.
- Communicate professionally with customers and help ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Maintain an organized equipment and technical support area.

- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain instructions clearly over the phone.
- Patience and the ability to guide customers and technicians through troubleshooting steps.

- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests in a busy environment.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and required drug screening.
Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required: audio/video equipment, electronics, equipment repair, low-voltage systems, security equipment, or hands-on technical troubleshooting.
