Sales Representative (Asian Supermarket & Food Service)

Job Overview

Asian Food Importer and Distributor is seeking a sales representative who has experience in the import/ food distribution industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies, account management, and customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and territory management, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients in the B2B sector.

Requirements

• Experience in selling to Asian supermarkets, wholesalers and food service customers is highly preferred.
• Arrange product demos to promote brand/product and drive sales.
• Engage in cold calling and lead generation to identify potential clients and drive new business, particularly in specific food service accounts
• Meet or exceed sales targets and profit margin goals.
• Monitor customer payments and credit status; visit customers for collections if necessary.
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Fluent in English
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
• Willingness to work in wet, refrigerated, and outdoor environments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
