Join a permanent, full-time team providing meaningful care to older adults and helping participants maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

This role includes providing Occupational Therapy services across multiple work sites and participants’ residences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to participants
• Assess functional needs and develop appropriate therapy plans
• Support participants with maintaining or improving independence
• Provide services at work sites and participants’ residences
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Travel between multiple work sites and participant homes as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid California driver’s license
• Current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel between work sites and participant residences

Preferred:

• 1+ year of experience working with frail elderly populations

This is a permanent Direct Hire opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule.
