• Required Qualifications: CA license (may submit with license pending with proof of submission), at least 2 years of experience, acute care rehabilitation experience, BLS certification, ability to work independently, trauma experience highly preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma patients, ability to independently handle complex cases in an acute care environment.
• Additional Information: The role may require working three weekend shifts every six weeks, and flexibility to work around holiday schedules is expected. The position may include float responsibilities within the facility as needed. Candidates must have recent experience in acute care settings and be comfortable with a trauma and stroke patient population.
• Submission Requirements: Response to whether the candidate has prior experience at a Providence facility, along with two references covering one year during the last three years, are required prior to start.
