About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist OT at Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. • Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
• Document resident progress and program outcomes to ensure continuous quality improvement
