About this role

THE PEAK PHOENIX, A HILTON RESORT

Senior Marketing Manager – Ancillary & Activations

Phoenix, Arizona

Discover a new era of desert luxury at The Peak Phoenix, a Hilton Resort, newly reimagined following a $100 million transformation. This AAA Four Diamond resort invites guests to experience beautifully redesigned all-suite accommodations, a brand-new spa, an exclusive adults-only pool, and a sprawling waterpark.

With an exciting new restaurant coming soon, The Peak offers an elevated escape where relaxation, recreation, and unforgettable experiences come together in the heart of Phoenix.

The Senior Marketing Manager – Ancillary & Activations is responsible for developing and executing innovative, revenue-driven marketing strategies that elevate awareness, visibility, and profitability across The Peak Phoenix’s ancillary experiences, including spa, food and beverage outlets, waterpark, and resort programming.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in a fast-moving hospitality environment, loves F&B as much as rooms, and brings both creative instincts and data-driven discipline to every campaign.
