Maintenance & Enhancement Sales / Account Manager

Creative Scapes Lawn and Landscaping is looking for a Maintenance & Enhancement Sales / Account Manager to help customers care for and improve their properties.

You’ll build relationships with new and existing customers, understand what matters to them, and recommend maintenance services and enhancements that fit their needs. From the first conversation through the sale and handoff to Operations, you’ll keep communication clear and make sure customers know what to expect.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with prospects and guide opportunities from first contact to a decision
• Visit properties, understand customer needs, and document site conditions
• Prepare clear scopes, estimates, and proposals using our company standards
• Build relationships with assigned customers, support renewals, and identify useful enhancement opportunities
• Coordinate with Operations so sold work is clearly scoped and ready for delivery
• Keep accurate customer, opportunity, and follow-up records
• Help resolve customer concerns by coordinating with the right people and keeping the customer informed

• A thoughtful, customer-first approach to sales and account relationships
• Good organization and comfort managing multiple opportunities
• Practical understanding of landscape maintenance and enhancements, or the ability to learn when to bring in technical support
• Comfort using business software; we can train you on our internal workflows

Pay: $47,800.00 - $64,900.00 per year
