Our client in the healthcare space is seeking a HYBRID Digital Designer to support website design, digital experiences, and marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. This role starts as soon as the right candidate is identified and will continue at 40 hours per week for at least 6 months. This role requires 3 days of onsite work per week (Tuesdays - Thursdays).
The Digital Designer will focus primarily on web design, component management, responsive experiences, and UX/UI improvements, while also creating digital assets for campaigns, email, social media, events, webinars, and thought leadership content. The Digital Designer will collaborate closely with various teams and departments to deliver accessible, user-centered, and visually compelling digital experiences.
Digital Designer Responsibilities:
- Design website pages, landing pages, content hubs, templates, and reusable components
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, responsive layouts, and production-ready Figma files
- Apply design system standards, accessibility requirements, and UX/UI best practices
- Support the development and maintenance of web components and templates
- Improve site navigation, information architecture, page hierarchy, usability, and responsive experiences
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct QA reviews, identify design issues, and support user acceptance testing
- Create digital assets for email, social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns
- Design visuals for webinars, events, reports, presentations, podcasts, and downloadable content
- Adapt creative assets across channels and platform specifications
- Support iconography, illustrations, and simple animations when needed
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholder requests through established workflows
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, business, and development teams
- Maintain organized design libraries, templates, and reusable assets
Digital Designer Qualifications
- Strong web and responsive design experience
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Express
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- Experience applying UX, accessibility, information architecture, and design system principles
- Experience creating digital marketing assets across multiple channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback effectively
- Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Familiarity working in a project management software, preferably Workfront
- Enterprise-level or B2B experience is highly preferred
- Experience with complex, content-rich websites
- Information architecture expertise, including navigation, content organization, and user flows
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
